The unique middleware solution can monitor requests and resubmit them as necessary, it can also pull reports on a customized schedule to ensure that the lawyers always have access to accurate and current data. The law firm also wanted to be able to review the status of API calls and wanted the ability to check if any errors were created. To enable this ability for their custom middleware data integration solution, Idea Maker built a unique dashboard.
