The Problem
Our client, Open House Junky, needed a new website to help real estate agents list open house events and listing properties. They also required a customer-facing side of the website that connected property buyers to available houses.
Our Solution
We built Open House Junky a fully responsive custom website with a client and consumer-facing portals. This has allowed them to bring real estate agents and house buyers together under one roof, conveniently connecting them with open houses and viewing.
What We Did
Map Integration
Knowing where properties are is just as important as knowing their availability. As a result, we integrated an intelligent maps API that allows estate agents to denote property addresses accurately.
Live Route Planning
In order to help users find their properties and events, not only did we integrate the platform with maps, but we also added live route planning. To do this, we created an algorithm that integrated with our maps features, enabling the platform to generate logical routes based on event locations and times
Search Save
Sometimes it can be difficult to settle on a property, so we implemented a search save feature that enables users to document their previous location searches. Subsequently, when they return to the site, they can pick up where they left off.
