
The Problem
Many professionals need to take continuing education classes. Unfortunately, they are busy and just don’t have the time required to commute to a college or university campus to attend classes. That’s where Advance CPE comes in. The founders of Advance CPE wanted to create a unique eLearning platform for continuing education classes to better meet the needs of professionals. To ensure that credits were gained by these continuing education students, Advance CPE needed to include some enhanced features in their eLearning platform. They needed to not only monitor student attendance but also needed to verify the attendance of these classes. Additionally, they required many traditional e-learning platform requirements, like multiple teachers and students user registrations, live and pre-recorded video support, revenue management, and student record management. Before coming to Idea Maker these features seemed to be hard to accomplish. Advance CPE was unsure that they’d be able to make their goals a reality.
